With a continually running clock, complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Clean and Jerks (Weight 1)
-Rest 1 Minute-
10 Clean and Jerks (Weight 2)
-Rest 1 Minute-
10 Clean and Jerks (Weight 3)
-Rest 1 Minute-
Max-reps Clean and Jerks in time remaining (Weight 4)
*Individuals/16-54 Age Group Divisions: 135/85, 185/125, 225/155, 245/165
*55-59 Age Group Division: 115/75, 135/95, 155/115, 185/125
*60-64 Age Group Division: 105/75, 125/85, 145/95, 155/105
*65+ Age Group Division: 95/65, 115/75, 135/85, 145/95
*Partner style! We will pair up and run two heats of the workout, your partner will count for you and may assist with weight changes.
*Start facing away from the bar when starting each set.
*Collars must be used on the barbell.
*Scale weights as needed!
