B: Snatch Balance (5×3)
*May proceed into Part B at finishing weight from Part A, or drop back down and build again.

1 Hang Squat Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats
Round 1: 45/35
Round 2: 75/55
Round 3: 95/65
Round 4: 115/75
Round 5: 125/85
Round 6: 135/95
Round 7: 155/105
Rx+: 95/65, 115/75, 125/85, 135/95, 155/105, 165/115, 185/125
*If you complete Round 7, keep that weight and multiply the complex x2 for round 8, x3 for round 9, etc. until failure.
